As winter edges nearer the season of water and emotions comes towards us. The dark evenings and nights drawing in bring about an introspection that encourages ponderings into our feelings, our soul, our selves.

Spent the morning making winter wellness kits for folk. Then got a little side tracked with music on and cups of tea making beautiful facial oils, elderberry syrup, immune tonics and teas and bath salts.
